WHAT WE DO

Our services  include

Social responsibility

I am driven by the principles of Ubuntu – which speaks to humanness, gentleness, hospitality, putting yourself out on behalf of others, and being vulnerable. It recognizes that our humanity is bound up in everyone else’s. To that end, my company appreciates diversity and recognize the value of everyone’s contributions. Also, as an African American female who has held executive positions in non-traditional arenas, I have typically been the only one with a seat at the table. As such, it is very important for me represent myself in a manner that will make it easier for others to gain acceptance in the future. I consider myself a connector and a quiet disrupter, finding common ground and helping my peers and clients realize that we are more alike than different. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience so that others can prosper.

Having worked in both public agencies and the private sector, I have seen many instances where there is minimal distribution and subsequently very few (if any) responses to various solicitations, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Information for Bids (IFBs).

Viable small and medium sized businesses that are seeking short- and long-term contracts have a difficult time identifying potential opportunities and securing additional sources of revenue, while organizations with open solicitations are forced to: a) go without certain services, b) add the associated responsibilities to their internal staff or c) continue to keep long term vendors in place whose contract costs far exceed the level of service provided.

My competitive advantage is based on my positive reputation with clients, my experience in a variety of sectors, my cross segmented network, my knowledge of operational and procurement systems and my success in securing and administering hundreds of millions of dollars in grants and contracts
